Q. What are your delivery policies?
A. We offer complementary delivery to all parts of Nantucket. All drop-off and pick-up times, are first and foremost around real estate office’s check-in (out) policies, Inn & Hotels policies, and home owners policies. Customers can request specific times for delivery, and we will try our hardest to accommodate you. However, in the height of the summer it can be difficult as there are many components involved. Such as, house cleaners, realtor inspections after each turnover, and often more things takes place. If you need assistance with some of the equipment after your arrival, you can contact us and we will be happy to help. All equipment is, under most circumstances, delivered by 4:00 PM.
Q. Are bumpers and sheets included in the crib rental?
A. Yes. I offer a bumper and give each customer, who rents a crib, a white sheet. Colored sheets are $10.00 each. I offer pink, blue and green. All sheets are brand new and 100% cotton. They are yours to keep. Any returned sheet will be discarded immediately. Bumpers are replaced each year, and are cleaned with Seventh Generation products after each use.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If cancellations are made 30 days in advance we will refund the entire amount. Cancellations made after 30 days are refunded half the amount.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash.
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes. I offer discounts to those staying renting more than a month. A 20% discount will be applied to all those orders. We also offer discounts to those who reserve their equipment before April 15th. Those who reserve their equipment prior to or on April 15th will receive a 10% discount.
Q. What if I lose, damage or return my gear dirty?
A. Gear should be returned close to the way it was dropped-off to you. There will be a 10% charge to your order for equipment that is not cleaned to our satisfaction. All damaged or lost equipment will be charged, for the retail amount, to your credit card. Acceptations include beach toys.
Q. What if I call the day of to rent or need my rented equipment longer than I paid for?
A. Not a problem. Unless inventory is booked - up for that time period. Just ask.
Q. Do you assemble cribs?
A. Yes. All of our cribs are full size portable cribs. They are installed prior to your arrival. If, under certain circumstances, we are unable to set-up the crib due to various factors involved in a turnover, they are VERY easy to set-up. There are no tools required or pieces to attach. It’s a simple step of opening up the crib, dropping down the attached base, and placing the mattress on top. Viola! They are also very light. I am 5’2 and have taken these cribs, solo, up two flights of stairs before. |
